Aaaah - brings back fond memories for me - I did my language spell abroad as a uni student in Innsbruck - well someone had to do it, as they say - Ed

Saturday (continued)

The weather held out for us today and we had good ski conditions again.

Our skiing skills are developing fast and we are enjoying the exercise and fresh air.

In the afternoon we took a stroll around old Innsbruck town with its beautiful buildings and that amazing snow covered mountain back drop.

Oh, look everyone, we can start to see who's who on these pics as they've not got their cool snow goggles on!! - Ed

Then off to a restaurant for pizza and ice cream.

Fantastic snow, sunshine and skiing today. Shopping and swimming tonight.

A fabulous start to our week, with great skiing and glorious sunshine. Some shopping in the afternoon followed by a refreshing swim.

We have arrived safely in Austria and have been fitted for boots and skis.
